Create Custom Sort Order (Custom List)

When sorting items such as "Prefecture" and "Person In Charge", it may be easier to see them in your preferred order. If you register order of items in the Custom Lists, you can sort the items in your own order.

Create Custom Lists

You can create user defined list in the Custom List dialog that gets displayed on clicking the Custom Lists option of Design tab in ribbon area.

Custom list can be created for each field using the steps given below. To edit an already created custom list, select the target list in the dialog below.

Use Custom List

You can select the created custom lists from the Sort dialog. Radio button, checkbox, multi-choice and dropdown fields can also be sorted in the order of kintone field settings.

Example) S → A → B → C → Sort in new order

All the created custom lists are displayed on the Plug-in Settings page, but only the list selected on the Plug-in Settings page is displayed at runtime. Also, you cannot edit or create a custom list at runtime.
Editing an existing custom list does not affect the sort order of charts using that custom list. To apply the new order, you need to set it again on the Plug-in Settings page of krewDashboard.
When you create a custom list, icon and count of custom lists are displayed in dropdown of the Custom List dialog.
