    When you enabled the Show Detail View option, the detailed data (original data of the aggregated result) of the selected cell is displayed below the pivot table.

    Detailed data is basically similar as the Sheet mode's view feature. For more information regarding runtime behavior, refer to Display Details Viewtopic.

    Below are the steps to display detail view of data.

    1. Click the Settings tab on the App settings page, and click the krewSheet settings gear icon from Plug-ins to open the krewSheet settings page.
    2. Click Show Detail View option on the Design tab of the ribbon area.

    3. The sheet area is displayed below the pivot table.
    4. Click the sheet area to create a view. The view creation method is the same as Sheet mode, so refer to Features Overview.

     Difference between Xross and Sheet Mode

    The following are the differences between the details of Xross mode and the setting of Sheet mode. Refer to Display Details Viewfor runtime differences.

    Adding two or more records in the same aggregate cell

    You can control the addition of two or more records in the same aggregate cell. In the General settings, unchecking "Allow Add More Than One Record Per Aggregated Cell" will disable the add button on the command bar when there are records in the detail sheet.
    It is not possible to control the addition of two or more records in the same aggregate cell.
    Sub window You cannot display sub window. You can display sub window.
