    Shortcut Keys of krewSheet and Browser

    Shortcut keys of krewSheet are available only when you work with krewSheet.

    For example, when you click any part of the browser and then press Ctrl + F, the find box of the browser is displayed. When you click any cell in krewSheet and then press Ctrl + F, the Find and Replace in Current Page dialog box of krewSheet is displayed.

    Common Shortcut Keys

    krewSheet supports the following shortcut keys like Excel. The listed key combinations are for Windows. For Mac, replace Ctrl key with Command key and Alt key with Option key.

    Operation Key Description
    Copy Ctrl + C Copies a value or values in the selected cell or cell range to the clipboard.
    Cut Ctrl + X

    Cuts a value or values in the selected cell or cell range for pasting them to other cells. When you cut a cell or cells in krewSheet and paste them into other cells in krewSheet, the values in the source cells are erased. When you paste them into Excel or another window, the values in the source cells are kept. This behavior is same as Excel.

    Paste Ctrl + V Pastes the value from the clipboard.
    Undo Ctrl + Z Undoes the last operation. Undo is effective to unsaved data only. Saved data cannot be undone with this operation.
    Redo Ctrl + Y Redoes the last operation.
    Search Ctrl + F Displays the Find and Replace in Current Page dialog box with the Find" tab selected.
    Replace Ctrl + H Displays the Find and Replace in Current Page dialog box with the Replace" tab selected.
    Enter current date Ctrl + ; Works only on date, time, and datetime fields. (Works only in the Japanese environment for Internet Explorer.)
    Enter current time Ctrl + : Works only on date, time, and datetime fields. (Works only in the Japanese environment for Internet Explorer.)

    Start editing a cell

    F2, or Fn + F2 for MacBook
    Cell entry Character keys
    Cancel cell entry Esc
    Delete cell content Del or BackSpace
    Delete right side of cursor Ctrl + Del
    Confirm cell entry and move down to next cell Enter
    New line Alt + Enter or Ctrl + Enter Only Alt + Enter is available for new line in Excel, and the Ctrl + Enter key is more common in a text box. krewSheet supports both of the operations.
    Open drop-down Alt + ↓ Works on drop-down and multi-choice fields.
    Enter active cell content in all selected cells Ctrl + Shift + Enter When more than one cell is selected, enters the value entered in the active cell, in all the selected cells at one time. This operation is assigned to Ctrl + Enter in Excel.
    Save Data Ctrl + s Save your edits.

    Moving Cells

    Cell move operations in krewSheet are similar to Excel.

    Operation Key Description
    Move up one cell ↑(Up arrow key)
    Move down one cell ↓(Down arrow key)
    Move left one cell ←(Left arrow key)
    Move right one cell →(Right arrow key)
    Move to the cell in the rightmost column End
    Move to the cell in the leftmost column Home
    Move down to the next cell Enter
    Move to the next cell Tab Moves to the next cell (right cell). When there is no cell on the right, moves to the first cell of the next record. When a cell range is selected, moves within the selection. When a dialog is displayed, moves to the next control in the dialog.
    Move to the previous cell Shift + Tab Moves to the previous cell (left cell). When there is no cell on the left, moves to the last cell of the previous record. When a cell range is selected, moves within the selection. When a dialog is displayed, moves to the previous control in the dialog.
    Move to the first row, last row, leftmost column, or rightmost column  Ctrl + arrow key 
    Scroll down one screen PageDown, or Fn + ↓(down arrow key) for MacBook
    Scroll up one screen PageUp, or Fn + ↑(up arrow key) for MacBook

    Selecting Cells

    Cell select operations in krewSheet are similar to Excel.

    Operation Key
    Select the range to the clicked cell Shift + click another cell
    Expand the selection up, down, left, or right by one cell Shift + arrow key
    Complete cell entry and select above cell Shift + Enter
    Select all cells Ctrl + A
    Extend the selection to the leftmost column Shift + Home
    Extend the selection to the rightmost column Shift + End

    Other options
