Behavior for Each Condition

Field types that can be formatted depend on the condition selected in a red frame shown below.

Format All Cells Based on Their Values

For any format style ("Two-color Scale", "Three-color Scale", "Data Bars", or "Icon Sets"), the following field types can be formatted.

Date
Time
Date and time
Lookup
Created datetime
Updated datetime
Formula

Format Only Cells That Contain Specified Values

When the target cell is "Cell Value", "Specific String", "Date", "Blank", "Not Blank", "Error", or "No Error", the following field types can be formatted.
